Manage month-end close and deliver US GAAP-compliant financial statements for assigned operating companies. Supervise and mentor finance teams, oversee revenue recognition, accounts payable, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, audit readiness, SOP development, and integration of newly acquired companies to drive operational improvements.

Lead post-close onboarding, build self-serve legal templates and training, manage external counsel and IP relationships, handle commercial and employment disputes, coordinate privacy/data incidents, and implement AI-enabled legal workflows to scale support across the portfolio.

Embed with application teams to lead cloud-native modernization on AWS, drive AI-assisted SDLC adoption, implement IaC and CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub/GitLab), solve integration challenges, and upskill teams while enforcing engineering standards.

The M&A Analyst will support acquisitions by conducting evaluations, managing diligence processes, and preparing financial analyses in a collaborative environment.
