Promotes BMO segregated funds, annuities, and life assurance products to managing general agencies and brokers. Builds relationships, conducts sales calls, seminars, and workshops, provides case and product support, manages special quotes and large cases, and supports regional business plans. Analyzes sales results, maintains regional statistics, identifies business opportunities, provides insurance concept guidance, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve sales performance and client experience.

Leads requirements management for medium-sized technology projects, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define objectives, scope, processes, and solution requirements. Applies business analysis techniques across data, process, rules, and interface analysis; maintains traceability, supports prioritization and defect management, and ensures governance compliance. Coordinates requirements staff and activities, contributes to IT planning, facilitates stakeholder engagement, and coaches Business Analysts. Requires strong banking or credit card business knowledge, analytical skills, documentation abilities, and experience with Agile delivery.

Leads the design and execution of lending fraud strategies, controls, processes, and operating models. Partners with lending, risk, analytics, technology, and operations teams to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate fraud, and improve outcomes. Oversees strategic initiatives and concurrent projects, develops business cases and executive materials, uses data-driven insights, and influences senior stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption in an ambiguous environment.
