Orchestrate multi‑stakeholder initiatives (acquisition, underwriting, account management, fraud, collections), ensure governance and regulatory compliance, manage risks and dependencies, report to executives, and build a high‑performing project management team to modernize credit processes and improve customer and portfolio outcomes.

Build and manage referral networks to originate mortgages, guide customers through applications, execute marketing and sales programs, collaborate with branch teams, ensure regulatory compliance, document activity in internal systems, analyze data for insights, and deliver exceptional customer service to grow mortgage business.

Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance on complex transactions and accounting policy. Monitor new standards, develop and execute policy strategy, support financial statements and disclosures, liaise with regulators, perform analyses, and advise senior leaders while collaborating across the bank to improve processes and reporting.
