Manage and grow a portfolio of middle-market public company clients by building trusted advisory relationships, originating and structuring complex credit and treasury solutions, driving new business and cross-selling, leading deal execution and credit discussions, collaborating with internal specialists, monitoring portfolio performance and risk, and ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.

Provide senior-level administrative, clerical, financial, and HR support to managers and teams. Build stakeholder relationships, prepare reports and dashboards, coordinate budgets, events, travel, invoices and expenses, manage calendars, supervise junior administrative staff, maintain filing and supplies, and develop communications and process improvements to ensure efficient department operations.

Lead strategy and execution to migrate customer transactions from assisted channels to digital. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, define customer experience, prioritize backlog, run proofs of concept, establish go-to-market and pricing, manage budgets and timelines, drive adoption, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring risk-informed decisions and stakeholder alignment.
