Prepare and review US corporate and partnership tax returns, verify assessments, perform technical research and tax planning, correspond with clients and authorities, manage client accounts, assist managers and partners with tax initiatives, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely completion of filings.

Lead indirect tax advisory and compliance engagements (GST/HST, PST, QST, customs). Advise on transactional planning, M&A, reorganizations, due diligence, and audits. Act as subject matter expert, manage engagement teams and budgets, mentor staff, develop business, and support thought leadership, training, and cross-border indirect tax matters.

Lead M&A and transaction advisory services, manage client relationships, drive business development, lead sell-side engagements, implement brand and marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning and deal execution.
