Leads Baker Tilly’s Transaction Services practice, overseeing buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial due diligence, quality of earnings, valuation support, and transaction analysis. The role manages complex engagements, develops client relationships, drives business development and practice growth, mentors teams, supports strategic initiatives, and collaborates across corporate finance, tax, audit, and advisory practices. Responsibilities also include market-facing activities, proposal development, networking, and brand-building initiatives.

Prepares compilation, review, NTR, audit, and corporate and personal tax engagements. Mentors staff, manages client and partner communications, resolves client issues, and delivers accurate work under tight deadlines. The role requires public practice experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and progress toward CPA or CA designation.
