Lead end-to-end product design from research and strategy through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and implementation. Translate user insights, business goals, and technical requirements into intuitive digital experiences. Develop journey maps, workflows, personas, and scalable design patterns; contribute to the design system; and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align strategy and deliver effective solutions.

Own strategy and roadmap for a key enterprise SaaS product area. Conduct customer research, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, partner with engineering and design, launch features, and monitor adoption, retention, and revenue. Lead AI-enabled product experiences with prompts, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluation, and safeguards. Align cross-functional teams, support go-to-market efforts, incorporate customer feedback, and mentor product colleagues.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, employee relations, compensation, talent programs, and change management. Partner with business functions to implement People & Culture initiatives, optimize organizational structures, support employee experience, assess risks, and improve internal processes in a scaling SaaS environment.

Own marketing systems, data, and processes to make the funnel measurable and scalable. Lead marketing tech stack governance (Marketo, Bizible, 6sense, Qualified), campaign operations, attribution, reporting, lead routing, and data hygiene. Partner with RevOps and enablement to align processes, train GTM teams, and support forecasting and planning.

Sell Axonify’s SaaS frontline enablement platform to enterprise customers. Manage complex opportunities from qualification through close, build ROI-driven business cases, navigate decision makers, develop territory and pipeline strategies, present solutions, lead proposals and RFPs, negotiate contracts, and track activity in Salesforce. Collaborate with marketing and internal experts, travel to customer sites when appropriate, and provide guidance to junior sales team members.
