Lead design and execution of Commonwealth go-to-market programs across sales, product launches, and sales operations. Align cross-functional teams, manage renewals and pipeline forecasting, develop enablement and RTA adoption programs, run team cadence and communications, and track program performance to improve forecasting accuracy and customer success outcomes.

Lead deployment and installation of Axon Fleet network, hardware, and software solutions; manage third-party installers and customer communications; troubleshoot network and device issues; create installation diagrams and documentation; train technical and non-technical staff and contractors; provide vendor and work-order support. Requires frequent travel and on-site customer engagement.

Lead and develop a distributed Customer Success team across Commonwealth territories to drive retention, adoption, and growth. Own QBR standards, success plans, escalations, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing. Travel regularly to customers and regional hubs and maintain customer health visibility via Salesforce and Gainsight.
