Manage commercial insurance accounts by supporting policy binding, issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation, and compliance. Serve as a key contact for brokers, clients, underwriters, and internal teams while maintaining accurate policy data and files. Contribute to retention, profitability, growth, process improvements, and customer service. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and working onsite three days per week in a hybrid environment.
