Designs, maintains, and optimizes Workday HR reports, dashboards, calculated fields, discovery boards, and EIBs. Partners with stakeholders to deliver actionable HR insights, self-service reporting, and data analysis. Supports data validation, audits, Workday security and configuration, reporting automation, documentation, and HR systems projects while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Supervise the New Accounts operations team for a six-month temporary assignment. Oversee account opening, maintenance, closure, customer service, reconciliations, quality controls, regulatory compliance, workload allocation, reporting, process improvements, and procedure updates. Provide staff training, mentoring, performance feedback, issue resolution, and service-level oversight. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, investment-industry experience, supervisory ability, strong organization, analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Supervise new-account operations, including account opening, maintenance, closures, EFT setup, reconciliations, customer service, and document processing. Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, accuracy, deadlines, and service standards. Manage escalations, workload planning, performance metrics, process improvements, procedure updates, staff training, mentoring, and feedback. Communicate with Canadian partners, clients, and colleagues in English and French.
