Lead translation of NEI's responsible investing and stewardship activities into compelling sales narratives and materials. Act as subject matter expert, build advisor and institutional relationships, support sales and marketing with presentations, webinars, and content, and identify growth opportunities to integrate RI into client strategies across channels.

Process and onboard new and fee-based client accounts in the Dealer Member space, ensuring documents and client data are accurate, compliant, and coded correctly. Provide administrative support for fee-based programs, use internal systems (Laserfiche, OSM, Dataphile), maintain manuals, communicate with peers and supervisors, and participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead sales enablement and effectiveness by owning target setting, pipeline health and velocity, performance dashboards, onboarding, training, coaching, and the sales technology roadmap. Partner with sales leaders to translate strategy into execution, drive adoption of CRM and enablement tools, support forecasting and capacity planning, and represent sales in cross-functional innovation and change initiatives to improve execution and pipeline outcomes.
