The Business Analytics Specialist maintains and distributes business reporting, performs ad-hoc data mining, and analyzes financial performance metrics. The role develops and enhances reporting solutions using SQL, Excel Services, and Power BI; prepares monthly reports for senior management; interprets financial data; and supports decision-makers. It also involves light project management, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate, timely reporting within business and regulatory requirements.

Manage discretionary managed-account portfolios, model portfolios, investment mandates, trading oversight, performance reporting, compliance monitoring, and client reporting. Partner with advisors, sub-advisors, technology, operations, compliance, and product teams to improve managed-account platforms and workflows. Support investment strategy, market communications, portfolio accounting, fee billing, attribution analysis, and operational automation using data analytics and technology tools.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise Identity & Access Management: define policies, build and configure platforms (SSO/MFA, IGA, PAM, federation), automate lifecycle and provisioning, run access reviews and recertification, support audits and regulatory compliance, and translate access risk into business-level guidance.
