The Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing will drive DTC acquisition growth, optimize performance across campaigns, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand awareness and client experience.

Process and report mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for Canadian and US securities, handle daily entitlements and DRIP setups, ensure correct tax treatment, update procedure manuals, provide customer service, and participate in process improvement and team meetings while meeting service standards.

Process incoming transfer requests per SLAs, monitor transfers mailbox, initiate and track manual/ATON transfers, support external institution interactions, file and shred documents, respond inquiries, cover colleagues, and complete special projects.
