Leads Senior Relationship Managers and manages a portfolio of high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Drives client loyalty, asset growth, business development, strategic planning, service excellence, and sales culture across the Priority Clients team. Provides wealth management guidance, oversees budget and team direction, collaborates with internal partners, monitors market and regulatory trends, and champions improvements to digital brokerage capabilities and client engagement.

Processes and reports Canadian and U.S. corporate actions, including reorganizations, offers, name changes, entitlements, tax treatment, and dividend reinvestment plans. The role coordinates depository bulletins, maintains procedures and controls, resolves discrepancies, supports clients, and contributes to process improvements. Strong accuracy, analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills are required, along with two years of related experience. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset.

Build and standardize ML and AI platform patterns to move models from experimentation to production. Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices (Databricks, AWS, MLflow), deployment templates, monitoring, evaluation, governance, and secure serving. Partner with Data Engineering and Governance to version, monitor, and govern models, prompts, agents, and data products while managing cost, performance, reliability, and operational risk.
