Develops and validates prototype electronics for autonomous floor-cleaning robots. Responsibilities include schematic and multilayer PCB design, hands-on board assembly and debugging, EMC/EMI design and pre-compliance testing, power and sensor integration, safety analysis, test fixture development, and production handoff. The role owns hardware from architecture through certification, supports external testing, diagnoses failures, and evaluates robotic sensors and mechatronics.

Hands-on Quality Engineer responsible for supplier, manufacturing, engineering, product, and field-service quality. Duties include inspections, audits, failure analysis, root-cause and corrective-action activities, supplier quality management, nonconformance handling, quality metrics, compliance documentation, and production support. The role works cross-functionally to resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PCBA issues and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Partner with leaders to drive people strategy, talent mapping, org design, and employee engagement. Manage performance cycles, advise on employee relations and compliance, and support compensation, recruitment, and internal mobility programs.
