Lead and grow an Applications Engineering team to triage and resolve production robot software issues, analyze field usage, run alpha/beta trials, automate workflows, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve autonomous cleaning robot deployments.

Partner with leaders to drive people strategy, talent mapping, org design, and employee engagement. Manage performance cycles, advise on employee relations and compliance, and support compensation, recruitment, and internal mobility programs.

Manage invoicing, cash application, and collections functions. Ensure accuracy in billing and reconcile AR ledgers. Support month-end close and improve billing processes.
