Leads Avalere Health’s client services organization, overseeing senior account leaders, client relationships, strategic pharmaceutical marketing counsel, and cross-functional agency delivery. Owns escalation decisions, client satisfaction, brand planning, marketing solutions, revenue forecasting, staffing, utilization, margin performance, and organic growth. Coaches and develops account management talent while partnering with Strategy, Creative, Scientific, Digital, Engagement, Business Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Lead client services for market access-focused pharma accounts, managing digital brand websites and MLR submissions in Veeva. Build client relationships, provide strategic counsel, author project briefs and SOWs, monitor revenue/profit, and identify growth opportunities while supervising account delivery and cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end brand strategy for clients: define positioning, messaging architecture, go-to-market and creative strategy; run workshops and presentations; translate insights into actionable briefs; ensure executional alignment; partner across Creative, Medical, Media, Analytics, and Accounts; and manage and mentor junior strategists to drive measurable brand and business impact.
