The Associate Creative Director, Copy leads creative communication projects in healthcare, ensuring collaboration among teams to deliver innovative, impactful design and copy that meets strategic client goals.

Lead end-to-end brand strategy for clients: define positioning, messaging architecture, go-to-market and creative strategy; run workshops and presentations; translate insights into actionable briefs; ensure executional alignment; partner across Creative, Medical, Media, Analytics, and Accounts; and manage and mentor junior strategists to drive measurable brand and business impact.

Lead and produce pharmaceutical promotional copy, supervise and train copywriters, ensure editorial and regulatory compliance, collaborate with art directors, present materials to clients, and support product launches.

Lead and manage multi-faceted pharmaceutical advertising projects/accounts, overseeing timelines, budgets, resourcing, and cross-team communication. Serve as liaison between agency teams and partners, enforce processes, recommend improvements, and manage/mentor project managers to deliver work on time and on budget.

The Creative Director leads creative strategy across brands, develops innovative campaigns, mentors teams, and influences client strategy while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
