Own customer communication and cloud project delivery from kickoff through completion. Manage Jira project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, scope changes, team allocation, timesheets, stakeholder updates, retrospectives, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate multiple AWS professional services engagements while ensuring projects remain on time, within budget, and aligned with CSAT goals.

The AWS Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of AWS solutions, guide customer consultations, and manage migration and modernization projects while mentoring team members and evaluating cloud readiness.
