Coordinate and track data center projects from initiation to delivery: manage assets and materials, maintain project schedules and documentation, monitor tickets and expenditures, produce reports, support change control, escalate issues, run stakeholder meetings, and identify process improvements while supporting SDMs/Project Managers with KPIs and analytics.

Perform contract processing and quality reviews to ensure timely, accurate execution. Maintain contract and audit files, prepare amendments and change notices, track payments/deadlines, monitor contractor performance, assist with proposals, analyze and mitigate risk, and manage related administrative tasks and data entry.

Perform electrical design for lighting, power, systems, and technology; coordinate with project teams and consultants; participate in QA/QC; assist with scheduling, budgets, construction administration, field inspections, RFIs, change orders, equipment selection, and documenting existing conditions.
