Support product delivery for healthcare software by managing backlogs, writing requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinating Agile sprints, monitoring risks, and preparing releases. The role partners with Engineering, QA, Design, Implementation, Customer Success, clinical stakeholders, hospital IT, and vendors. It requires translating customer and product priorities into executable plans, improving delivery processes, and using AI tools responsibly. Occasional travel across the US and Canada is required.

Design, develop, and manage scalable AWS cloud services powering the AssistIQ platform. Build platform capabilities, serverless applications, CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code, deployment monitoring tools, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Evaluate technologies, provide technical guidance, maintain documentation, support product planning, and participate in production on-call rotation while collaborating across teams and with executives.
