Manage and grow multiple engineering teams (35 direct reports), hire additional engineers, coach ICs to own large projects, contribute to code and debugging, and lead department/company-wide initiatives to improve reviews, hiring, and developer experience while scaling engineering culture.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Eastern/Central time zones, focusing on new logo acquisition via inbound/outbound. Source pipeline, engage executives, close large (>$100K ARR) deals, coordinate with Solutions Engineering, manage a small set of expansion accounts, maintain CRM, and travel occasionally for events and on-sites.

Design and own Ashby’s value-selling motion: build impact assessment frameworks and tooling, support enterprise pre-sales deals and executive conversations, enable SE and CSM teams, and ensure customers realize and retain promised outcomes.
