Lead Ashby’s Platform and Infrastructure organization, owning performance, reliability, infrastructure strategy, roadmap, incident management, vendor relationships, and team growth. Hire and manage engineers and managers, improve collaboration with Product Engineering, oversee monitoring and uptime practices, negotiate infrastructure costs, and potentially build a Developer Experience function. The role requires hands-on technical engagement, strong cross-functional communication, and leadership across teams in the Americas and Europe.

Own large product areas end-to-end: research, write product specs and wireframes, design and implement full‑stack features, build reusable abstractions, collaborate with product/design/infra, and ship high-quality software at startup scale.

Design and implement user-facing features by combining high-quality visual design and production engineering. Improve and extend the design system, consult on bespoke designs, ship prototypes and finished features, iterate from user feedback, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
