Manage the full lifecycle of a fire-safety product portfolio across Continental Europe. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap and P&L ownership, market research, product development, regulatory compliance, certifications, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, customer engagement, and coordination with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams.

Owns global design systems, templates, precision artwork, product visuals, packaging, collateral, and event assets. Collaborates with engineering, sales, marketing, vendors, and regional teams to create consistent technical-product communications. Manages design workflows, documents standards, coaches designers, leads design reviews, and evaluates new tools including AI image technologies.

Design and develop standardized control systems for fluid-flow and HVAC products, including closed-loop pressure, flow, and temperature control; embedded software; HMI; alarms; secure communications; cybersecurity; and energy-efficient operation. Lead product maturation from concept through production, establish testing and release procedures, support field firmware, ensure configuration control, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and controls design standards.
