Oversees portfolios of complex initiatives, cross-functional teams, vendors, implementation partners, risks, budgets, and executive reporting. Establishes an HR Technology Center of Excellence, improves HR processes and service delivery, strengthens data and analytics capabilities, and drives adoption of automation, AI, and digital employee solutions. Advises senior leadership and builds organizational capability in transformation, project management, change management, and continuous improvement.

An 18-month rotational graduate program developing technical sales and application engineering skills through business development, account management, customer solutions, sales analytics, and enablement. Participants engage customers, apply value-based selling, analyze problems, present technical concepts, collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Engineering, and receive structured mentorship while supporting intelligent fluid-flow solutions.

An 18-month rotational graduate program covering production, materials management, logistics, procurement, demand planning, and process improvement. Participants apply lean principles, analyze operational data, support digital supply chain initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop technical and leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on manufacturing experience.
