Engagements may include ERP and technology implementations, operating model redesigns, restructuring, process transformation, and post-merger integration. Travel to client sites may reach 50%.

People Business Partner supporting Technology and Professional Services business units. Advises leaders on workforce planning, talent deployment, employee relations, performance management, development, retention, organizational effectiveness, change management, and acquisition integration. Partners with HR Centers of Excellence to execute people programs and uses workforce analytics to guide decisions. Requires strong experience in matrixed, high-growth, technology, consulting, or professional services environments.

Provides functional Workday HCM consulting and ongoing AMS support, including configuration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, release impact assessment, reporting, testing, optimization, documentation, and client advisory services. The consultant configures HCM modules, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, collaborates with technical and functional teams, mentors junior consultants, supports proposals, and maintains strong client relationships.
