The consultant configures HCM modules, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, collaborates with technical and functional teams, mentors junior consultants, supports proposals, and maintains strong client relationships.

Leads the design and delivery of SAP IBP supply chain planning solutions across client environments. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional configuration, solution design, fit-gap workshops, integration planning with SAP S/4HANA, testing, deployment, hypercare, stakeholder engagement, workstream leadership, mentoring, and development of SAP IBP consulting assets.

Lead customer implementations of Pigment EPM solutions: gather requirements, design and build multi-dimensional models, coach teams, support UAT and adoption, apply FP&A/business process expertise, and manage agile project delivery with ~25% travel.
