The Recruiting Coordinator will own complex interview logistics, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, coordinate closely with founders and executives, and build scalable talent operations. Responsibilities include managing ATS workflows, scheduling automation, candidate communications, pipeline analytics, data integrity, and rapid problem-solving across recruiting processes. The role is based in-office in San Francisco and supports hiring AI researchers, software engineers, and business leaders.

Build and operate low-latency, reliable platform infrastructure for AI model evaluation, including APIs, AI gateways, streaming systems, serving layers, observability, authentication, rate limiting, usage metering, and audit logging. Integrate multiple LLM providers, handle failures and response normalization, support enterprise requirements, and contribute across backend evaluation and leaderboard platforms. This hands-on role requires strong Go expertise and experience with distributed systems or developer-facing infrastructure.
