Teams at Arctic Wolf

Leads workforce intelligence and productivity analytics for Arctic Wolf’s Security Services organization. Builds productivity, capacity, cost-to-serve, savings realization, and ROI frameworks; identifies operational inefficiencies; and provides executive reporting to guide staffing, automation, product priorities, and organizational scaling. Partners with Finance, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to measure business outcomes and validate productivity improvements. Requires advanced analytics, AI/ML modeling, SQL, BI tools, and experience in 24x7 operational environments.

Administers, configures, and supports Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and other R&D tools. Builds projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, reports, integrations, and documentation; evaluates and implements new Atlassian tools; supports R&D lab environments; partners with IT and Product teams; tests tool functionality; and develops user training and best practices.

Manages commercial cybersecurity customers, driving renewals, expansions, satisfaction, quarterly business reviews, upselling, issue resolution, and at-risk account forecasting. The role requires consultative selling, negotiation, strong communication, technology aptitude, Salesforce and spreadsheet proficiency, and effective prioritization in a fast-changing environment. This position is based in Kitchener and requires onsite work four days per week.
