Lead and scale the Technical Lead organization for Security Services, setting technical strategy, KPIs, and operating model. Partner with Product and R&D to translate field signal into roadmap priorities, drive quality and continuous improvement, hire and develop leaders, and ensure measurable customer outcomes and operational leverage across security operations functions.

Lead FP&A for Security Services: own planning, forecasting, and monthly close for headcount, software, discretionary spend, and cost allocations. Partner with business leaders on budgeting, deliver monthly variance analysis and executive commentary, report product revenue metrics, build business cases, evaluate pricing, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to drive profitable growth.

Lead and scale a global technical support organization (Level 2/3) delivering customer-facing incident resolution, major incident command, I&O support, triage, metrics/dashboards, process improvements, tooling automation, and cross-functional escalations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
