Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge and exceptional guest service. Assist with transactions, inventory receiving, merchandising feedback, store tasks, and community representation. Support store leadership on projects and maintain availability for peak holiday periods.

Lead the store floor and support the Store and Assistant Managers by coaching Product Guides, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing inventory and merchandising, overseeing operations (sales, labor, budgets), running opening/closing procedures, engaging community and events, and processing transactions via the POS.

Serve guests on the retail floor as a brand ambassador by sharing technical product knowledge, recommending items, processing transactions via POS, supporting merchandising and store initiatives, handling inventory/unpacking (5–30 lbs), answering phones/emails, and participating in store tasks. Maintain availability for holiday peak times and required shifts, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to community brand presence.
