Lead the store floor and coach Product Guides to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, sales targets, opening/closing, community engagement, and POS transactions while supporting store operations and team development. Temporary contract through February 2027.

As a Product Guide, you deliver exceptional customer service while sharing product knowledge, supporting store operations, and enhancing the guest experience. You'll work closely with the store leadership team and maintain strong relationships with both guests and staff.

Lead the store floor and support the Store and Assistant Managers by coaching Product Guides, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing inventory and merchandising, overseeing operations (sales, labor, budgets), running opening/closing procedures, engaging community and events, and processing transactions via the POS.

Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering technical product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Support guest transactions via POS, unpack inventory, provide merchandising feedback, assist with store projects, answer phones/emails, participate in community brand initiatives, and maintain availability for holiday and weekly shift requirements.

As a Product Guide, you will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, collaborate with the team, and promote the brand. You will also handle transactions and assist with inventory, providing feedback on merchandising.

Lead lifecycle and transactional content strategy and execution across acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty, and reactivation. Partner with CRM, Technology, Creative, and regional teams to build personalized, tested automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MCP, track KPIs, run A/B tests, and drive continuous improvement and omnichannel engagement.
