Lead store floor operations and guest experience, coach and develop product guides, manage inventory and visual merchandising, oversee sales targets, labor and budget, run opening/closing procedures, process transactions via POS, support community events and brand engagement. Temporary contract through February 2027.

As a Product Guide, you will enhance guest experiences through product knowledge, build connections with nature, and work collaboratively with the team to support store operations and achieve sales goals.

Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and technical product knowledge, recommend products, process transactions via POS (warranties, trade-ins, returns), support merchandising, inventory receiving/unpacking, handle phones/emails and occasional social media, participate in store projects and holiday/seasonal coverage.
