Serve as the in-store brand ambassador by delivering exceptional guest experiences, sharing technical product knowledge, recommending products, supporting merchandising and store initiatives, processing transactions via POS, handling inventory/unpacking (5-30 lbs), answering phones/emails, and participating in store tasks and community engagement.

Serve as the in-store brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and technical product knowledge, recommend products, process transactions via POS (warranties, trade-ins, returns), support merchandising, inventory receiving/unpacking, handle phones/emails and occasional social media, participate in store projects and holiday/seasonal coverage.

Lead store floor operations and guest experience by coaching product guides, managing inventory and merchandising, overseeing sales targets and store opening/closing, running POS transactions, building community engagement, and supporting store leadership in people and operational priorities.

Serve guests on the retail floor as a brand ambassador by sharing technical product knowledge, recommending products, processing transactions via POS, handling inventory and communications, supporting store projects, and participating in community and brand initiatives. Maintain schedule availability for peak holiday periods and perform general store duties.

Lead store floor operations and guest experience, coach and develop product guides, manage inventory and visual merchandising, oversee sales targets, labor and budget, run opening/closing procedures, process transactions via POS, support community events and brand engagement. Temporary contract through February 2027.
