Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Acquisition and Talent Management implementations for clients. Configure Oracle solutions, gather and analyze requirements, facilitate workshops, support business process reengineering, develop functional designs, coordinate testing and UAT, and provide best-practice guidance. The role includes client-facing communication, implementation planning, stakeholder management, documentation, and collaboration with technical and functional teams. This is a remote-first role for U.S. or Canada-based candidates with travel up to 25%.

Provides remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, including troubleshooting, ticket resolution, routine configuration, testing, documentation, monitoring, reporting updates, and enhancement support. The consultant assists end users, delivers basic training, collaborates with clients and Oracle Support, tracks issues, and helps improve support processes. The role requires expertise in at least one HCM workstream, such as payroll, time and labor, absence, benefits, compensation, or incentive compensation.

Own Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, provide advanced functional support, troubleshoot complex cross-module issues, configure and test enhancements, manage integrations and quarterly releases, advise clients, lead workshops, deliver training, document solutions, improve processes, and mentor junior consultants. The role focuses on Compensation and Workforce Management modules, including Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence.

Leads Oracle HCM Cloud transformation initiatives as a strategic advisor and enterprise solution architect. Responsibilities include executive advisory, future-state operating model and roadmap development, multi-workstream architecture leadership, presales, business growth, governance, mentorship, and practice leadership. The role guides complex enterprise clients in aligning business objectives, implementation strategies, and Oracle HCM solutions while supporting executive decisions and long-term technology adoption.

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations for clients, including configuration, requirements gathering, process redesign, prototyping, testing, training, and deployment. Provide best-practice guidance, translate business requirements, facilitate workshops, support technical and functional teams, and help manage implementation roadmaps. The role is remote-first for U.S. or Canada-based candidates with up to 25% travel to U.S. client sites.
