Teams at AppLovin

Leads end-to-end visual design initiatives across AppLovin’s brand and marketing ecosystem, including digital, print, motion, events, presentations, apparel, environmental design, and product visuals. Builds scalable visual identities and design systems, translates business goals into compelling solutions, manages multiple projects independently, collaborates cross-functionally, and explores emerging trends and AI tools to strengthen the company’s global visual presence.

Drives enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-value automation opportunities, building secure AI-enabled workflows, integrating business systems and data sources, and establishing governance, monitoring, onboarding, and success metrics. Partners with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Security, Engineering, and Data teams to scale reusable AI capabilities, support internal champions, and improve productivity, reliability, quality, and operational risk.

Serve as primary agency-facing contact to onboard, enable, and advise agency partners on AppLovin's advertising platform. Build relationships across agency teams, set up campaigns using best practices, define and track success metrics, surface partner feedback to product and business teams, and develop agency playbooks and enablement materials to grow partner portfolios.
