Owns Andromeda’s marketing function as its founding marketing hire. Responsibilities include defining company narrative and positioning, translating GPU compute products for technical and executive audiences, leading go-to-market launches, creating sales enablement, conducting competitive and win-loss analysis, developing customer proof, and establishing customer feedback loops. The role requires strong AI infrastructure expertise, technical credibility, exceptional writing, and hands-on execution.

Lead and build the revenue operations function: own HubSpot CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting dashboards, deal desk and RACI, comp and capacity planning, cross-functional processes between sales, supply, legal, and finance, and introduce AI-driven efficiencies to automate reporting and ops.

Own the full sales cycle for AI infrastructure customers, from outbound prospecting and technical validation through negotiation and close. Activate existing relationships with AI founders, infrastructure leaders, and ML teams; build qualified pipeline; maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data; and partner with Solutions Engineering on evaluations. Advise technical buyers on architecture, training and inference economics, GPU supply, and cluster tradeoffs. Travel up to 35% for customer meetings, events, and site visits.
