Leads American Tall’s end-to-end apparel product development process, managing seasonal calendars, workflows, milestones, vendor communications, PLM systems, reporting, and risk mitigation. Oversees and mentors the Product Development team, allocates resources, improves SOPs and operational processes, and provides leadership updates. Partners with merchandising, design, sourcing, production, planning, technical design, and international vendors to ensure quality products are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Lead day-to-day management and growth of a Shopify DTC storefront, driving revenue through merchandising, conversion optimization, and improved customer journeys. Execute promotions, product launches, and reporting; use analytics (GA4, GTM, Looker) and engagement tools (Klaviyo, Clarity) to test, iterate, and recommend improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners to deliver a world-class ecommerce experience pre- and post-launch.

Founding Head of Ecommerce will define the Shopify website strategy, drive commercial performance (revenue, conversion, AOV, retention), build the ecommerce function and team, manage vendors and tech, lead cross-functional execution, and champion experimentation and analytics to scale a DTC apparel brand from pre-launch.

Lead launch marketing for a new DTC menswear brand: translate GTM strategy into plans, coordinate campaigns across channels, manage agencies and partners, build marketing ops, track performance, and ensure launch readiness and brand consistency.
