Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing for recycling operations, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, quote evaluation, purchase orders, delivery tracking, vendor performance, and cost reduction. Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, cycle counts, audits, and critical spare parts availability using Maximo. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Asset Management, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies, prevent downtime, and maintain procurement and inventory compliance.

Leads engineering and capital project delivery across multiple operational sites, overseeing construction, infrastructure, facility, equipment, and mechanical initiatives. Manages project managers, coordinators, consultants, contractors, and vendors while controlling schedules, budgets, risks, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Reviews technical documentation, supports engineering and equipment decisions, manages contracts and bids, develops business cases, and drives continuous improvement and operational growth.

Manage pre-owned vehicle sales inventory, including test drives, documentation, checklists, website updates, cleaning, detailing, and auction preparation. Provide customer service, answer questions, support sales teams, complete vehicle ownership transfers through Service Ontario or SAAQ, and communicate with branch and car sales managers.
