Apprentice role assisting lead technicians with heavy-duty conveyor belt installation and vulcanization at customer sites. Requires travel (local and occasional international), on-call availability, warehouse work when needed, paperwork completion, driving company vehicle, and physical outdoor/manual labor. Training provided to become a lead technician.

Territory-focused outside sales role selling heavy-duty conveyor belts and related solutions across South East Ontario. Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, conduct site visits, prepare proposals and quotations, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, provide post-sale support, and develop territory plans to grow accounts in mining, cement, ports, and aggregate industries.

Lead sales, development, and marketing of specialty conveyor belt products. Manage belt inspection services, product design coordination, client technical support, and North America field engagements. Supervise and mentor the Special Products team, produce technical inspection reports, and maintain sales forecasts and budgets while collaborating with production, R&D, and marketing to drive product growth.
