Provides operational and strategic support for corporate travel clients, including case management, platform administration, implementation of tools and processes, supplier-rate troubleshooting, reporting, travel-program data analysis, and selected project management. The role advocates for clients, communicates product enhancements, resolves issues, and collaborates with internal teams to improve travel-program performance and client satisfaction.

Lead client meeting and venue sourcing projects end to end. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, negotiating supplier pricing and packages, conducting hotel and supplier RFPs, securing room blocks, managing billing and savings records, evaluating program outcomes, driving continuous improvement, and building relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The role also supports team leadership and onboarding.

Advise corporate clients on domestic and international business travel, research and arrange air, road, rail, and hotel bookings, and use GDS platforms including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Provide proactive telephone-based customer service, follow travel and supplier policies, resolve traveler and booking issues, protect personal information, and collaborate with teammates to improve service quality.
