Lead client communications, account planning, retention, and growth for a portfolio of corporate travel clients. Design strategies for travel program spend, technology roadmaps, contract negotiation, onboarding, implementation, compliance remediation, and training. Use travel industry insights and T&E reporting to recommend improvements and coordinate with Travel Partner Network and global teams to drive client objectives.

Provide remote corporate travel booking and advisory services using Sabre GDS for domestic and international travel. Research options, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, sell ancillary services, resolve customer issues, protect traveler information, and collaborate with teammates while working EST shifts.

Individual contributor responsible for prospecting and winning SME corporate travel accounts. Deliver consultative sales to C-level stakeholders, create customized proposals and demos, manage pipeline and ROI, close deals, and ensure implementation and account activation. Up to 50% travel within territory.
