Coordinates the full lifecycle of telematics projects, including proposals, contracts, product orders, installations, customer training, portal updates, support tickets, invoicing, troubleshooting, and profitability reporting. The role collaborates across departments, presents solutions to customers, provides ongoing support, and travels to customer sites and local branches in the United States or Canada as needed.
