Perform sample preparation, extraction, filtration and digestion; operate and calibrate lab equipment (pipettes, shakers, centrifuges, pH meters); prepare reagents and standards; carry out data entry, calculations, QC, record-keeping, sample storage/archiving and routine lab maintenance while following safety procedures and shift schedules.

Receive, log and prepare client samples and paperwork, enter client data into LIMS, manage chain-of-custody and bottle stocks, coordinate sublet labs and TAT issues, assist with shipping/receiving and account payments, provide daily client contact, maintain sample prep and reception areas, and follow safety procedures.

Lead talent acquisition across Canada: develop employer brand and EVP, source diverse candidates via ATS and social media, manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, report recruiting metrics, optimize processes, represent ALS at events, and support HR projects.
