Manage daily lab operations, resource allocation, instrumentation maintenance, and regulatory compliance (ISO 17025, IAEA, CNSC, GMP/GLP). Provide technical leadership, support audits, oversee radioactive material handling and safety, and deliver technical reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and support HSE programs for the Waterloo Hub and associated service centres, including inspections, training, incident investigation, contractor management, SDS maintenance, emergency response, exposure monitoring, respiratory fit testing, and regulatory compliance. Provide HSE orientation, co-chair safety committee, enter hazards/incidents into the Compliance Portal, and assist with policy/procedure development and continuous improvement.
