Provides bilingual French-English customer support by phone and digital channels. Troubleshoots Schlage mechanical, electronic, and connected-lock products; assists with installation, app setup, warranty, registration, and pre-purchase questions; escalates complex issues; documents recurring problems; and advocates for customers. Maintains product knowledge, meets service KPIs, follows established processes, and participates in ongoing training.
