Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for front- and middle-office capital markets processes (derivatives, fixed income, equities). Partner with trading, risk, operations, IT and development teams to define technical solutions, perform gap analysis, support implementations, and participate in testing including UAT. Lead business development and account growth for financial-sector clients. Manage a portfolio, design proposals, negotiate contracts, ensure high-quality delivery, define budgets and sales forecasts, and build long-term trusted client relationships while collaborating with delivery teams to drive strategic, technology-driven solutions and revenue growth.

Manage the engineering change lifecycle for nuclear plant systems using Maximo and ECC procedures (BP‑PROC‑01081). Create and progress ECs, support risk‑informed classifications, ensure configuration management and regulatory compliance, track and resolve issues, produce ECC deliverables, and support field execution, commissioning, turnover, and audit readiness.

Design, develop, and test control systems for primarily nuclear projects. Produce requirements and design documentation, write PLC/HMI/SCADA code, create test documents, and execute testing and commissioning activities.

Lead the finance workstream for full-cycle D365 F&O implementations in manufacturing: design and configure finance modules, run workshops, mentor juniors, manage testing and data migration, and act as primary client finance advisor through go-live and hypercare.

Lead design and implement D365 Trade & Logistics solutions, integrating with WMS and Production. Guide procurement, sourcing, trade compliance, order management, landed cost and TMS integrations. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure consistent solution design across Trade, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production.
