Build, optimize, and scale automated journeys and segmentation using platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, or SFMC. Manage and develop a small team, analyze performance, run tests, and oversee messaging, design, and loyalty/subscription communications.

Lead email and owned-channel lifecycle marketing: design, build, optimize and scale personalized customer journeys across email, SMS and push to increase retention, LTV and subscriptions. Use data-driven segmentation and testing, manage automation platforms (Braze/Klaviyo/SFMC), oversee design and performance, and coach a small cross-functional team.
