Customer-facing role supporting professional-services-led implementations for large Canadian accounts. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow design, platform configuration, reporting, testing, training, risk mitigation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead North American accounting and reporting under IFRS for Canadian and U.S. entities. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, revenue recognition (IFRS 15) for SaaS subscriptions, tax filings, audits, intercompany accounting, and coaching the accounting team. Partner with FP&A and Revenue Ops to improve processes via NetSuite, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Lead delivery of complex AlayaCare cloud implementations for Canadian healthcare customers. Manage project plans, risks, scope, configuration, training, testing, and adoption. Deliver customer-specific training, support AlayaCare University, drive user engagement and satisfaction, and travel for on-site work. Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute product and process expertise.
