Lead large and enterprise-level software implementation projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include defining scope and deliverables, creating schedules and budgets, allocating resources, monitoring progress, managing risks and changes, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with client stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder leadership, judgment, organization, and occasional travel in a hybrid Toronto work model.

Lead product marketing strategy and execution for the US Home Care business. Own the tri-annual release process, develop positioning and competitive differentiation, build buyer personas and journeys, and create internal enablement materials. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Education, and Marketing to drive feature adoption, retention, launch effectiveness, and commercial impact. Conduct market research, support thought leadership, refine pricing and packaging, and responsibly apply AI tools.

Manages strategic relationships with large SaaS customers, guiding implementation, adoption, ROI, retention, and account growth. Builds executive-level partnerships, monitors customer health, resolves escalations, delivers quarterly business reviews, identifies upsell opportunities, and coordinates internal teams to improve customer outcomes. The role requires customer success or account management experience, SaaS or post-acute software knowledge, strong communication skills, and practical use of AI tools.
