Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow design, platform configuration, reporting, testing, training, risk mitigation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead North American accounting and reporting under IFRS for Canadian and U.S. entities. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, revenue recognition (IFRS 15) for SaaS subscriptions, tax filings, audits, intercompany accounting, and coaching the accounting team. Partner with FP&A and Revenue Ops to improve processes via NetSuite, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Lead delivery of complex AlayaCare cloud implementations for Canadian healthcare customers. Manage project plans, risks, scope, configuration, training, testing, and adoption. Deliver customer-specific training, support AlayaCare University, drive user engagement and satisfaction, and travel for on-site work. Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute product and process expertise.

Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations of the AlayaCare platform. Own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agent-based automation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Own backlog, integrate and optimize revenue tech (HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero), measure impact with dashboards, document playbooks, and apply AI governance and monitoring to ensure reliable, ethical production systems that drive deal velocity and revenue outcomes.

Lead EVV activations and certifications, validate configurations for accurate billing, resolve complex EVV and revenue cycle issues, support high-priority escalations, track state EVV regulations, deliver training, create documentation and enablement, and collaborate with product and internal teams to improve RCM workflows and compliance.

Lead procurement function for a growing SaaS company: develop policies, run RFPs, select and negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, analyze spend for savings, and partner with finance on budgeting and forecasting.
