Supports employees and managers with routine People questions, employee lifecycle changes, HRIS data, workforce reporting, employment documentation, payroll directives, and People programs. The role also identifies opportunities to simplify or automate HR workflows using AI and HR technology, while escalating sensitive matters appropriately and maintaining confidentiality.

Performs bank reconciliations across global entities, investigates discrepancies, validates financial data migrations, and ensures accurate general ledger recording. Supports system testing, audits, reporting, and treasury projects while improving financial controls and processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and maintain reliable banking and treasury information across multiple currencies.

Manage customer collections, payment applications, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution. Analyze receivables aging and collection performance to support cash-flow forecasting, reconcile receipts to the general ledger, assist with month-end close, and improve processes and controls. Serves as the strategic People Business Partner for North America's Revenue organization, advising leaders on employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, talent strategy, performance, and organizational change. Leads complex investigations, HR initiatives, workforce analytics, manager training, and responsible AI adoption in People practices. Mentors associate People Business Partners and champions fair, inclusive talent decisions.

Lead product marketing strategy and execution for the US Home Care business. Own the tri-annual release process, develop positioning and competitive differentiation, build buyer personas and journeys, and create internal enablement materials. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Education, and Marketing to drive feature adoption, retention, launch effectiveness, and commercial impact. Conduct market research, support thought leadership, refine pricing and packaging, and responsibly apply AI tools.

Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agent-based automation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Own backlog, integrate and optimize revenue tech (HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero), measure impact with dashboards, document playbooks, and apply AI governance and monitoring to ensure reliable, ethical production systems that drive deal velocity and revenue outcomes.

Lead North American accounting and reporting under IFRS for Canadian and U.S. entities. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, revenue recognition (IFRS 15) for SaaS subscriptions, tax filings, audits, intercompany accounting, and coaching the accounting team. Partner with FP&A and Revenue Ops to improve processes via NetSuite, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
