Build expertise in healthcare systems and Alan products, assist with client onboarding, share insights to improve services, collaborate across Product, Operations, Sales, and Insurance, and help develop Alan’s Canadian support operations. The role also offers opportunities for mentoring, recruitment, and strategic initiatives.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through contracting and onboarding. Build relationships with founders and HR or Finance leaders, communicate Alan’s digital health insurance value, create market opportunities, attend events, develop content, and share customer insights with product and marketing teams. The role is primarily office-based in Toronto and requires obtaining an LLQP license.
