Owns VM and fleet test strategy, hypervisor validation, performance quality gates, and systems-level testing for an IaaS platform. Designs reproducible bare-metal-like environments, develops automated benchmarks and regression gates, validates SLOs and deployment safety, and builds test harnesses in Go, Python, and Perl. The role requires deep expertise in KVM/QEMU/libvirt, Linux internals, x86 and ARM architectures, performance analysis, statistical testing, and CI/CD tooling.

Design, build, and scale backend data services, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume data pipelines. Optimize PostgreSQL and Oracle databases, improve reliability and performance across regions, diagnose complex production issues, and mentor engineers. Partner with DBA and SRE teams while providing hands-on technical leadership and owning services end to end.

Designs and maintains scalable build and deployment pipelines, enforces release quality gates, resolves environment and infrastructure issues, and integrates AI agents into CI/CD workflows for automated testing, log analysis, production monitoring, and incident triage.
