Drive outbound B2B sales to bilingual customers across Canada, particularly Quebec. Build pipeline, engage founders and C-level executives, explain Airwallex’s cross-border payment solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, close deals, and improve sales processes. The role requires fluent French and English, strong prospecting and networking skills, experience exceeding sales targets, and the ability to sell SaaS or high-tech solutions to SMEs.

Owns Airwallex’s Canadian commercial strategy and results, leading sales, account management, and partnerships. The role builds and develops a high-performing team, drives go-to-market strategy, pipeline growth, customer expansion, and retention, and represents the company with customers and partners. Responsibilities include coaching deals, improving execution, strengthening hiring and performance, and partnering cross-functionally to build repeatable growth engines.

Identify and qualify bilingual (English/French) leads via phone, email, and social; build relationships, present solutions, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives to grow pipeline across Quebec and Canada.
