Oversees CI/CD infrastructure, source control, cloud tools, vendor relationships, budgets, security compliance, upgrades, support operations, and change management. Acts as a technical product manager, translates business requirements into technology solutions, manages backlogs and subcontractors, reports KPIs, and guides teams delivering high-availability solutions.
