Deploys and supports Command+ digital solutions for airline customers across data scoping, configuration, training, user acceptance testing, and service transition. Resolves complex technical issues, manages customer backlogs, supports on-call rotations, conducts health checks, and coordinates with internal teams. The role also gathers customer feedback, improves processes, develops technical documentation, and delivers product demonstrations and training. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and customer-facing technical support skills.

Lead technical architecture and decision-making for C# and .NET software products supporting commercial aviation operations. Drive performance optimization, legacy code refactoring, SQL tuning, feature delivery, production issue resolution, code reviews, operational excellence, and secure engineering practices. Mentor junior and intermediate developers, communicate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders, and guide adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools. The role uses both legacy .NET Framework applications and modern .NET Core services, with AWS experience considered an asset.

Manages airline customer portfolios as the primary customer advocate, overseeing digital service deployments, upgrades, change requests, adoption, satisfaction, SLAs, KPIs, risks, and service performance. Acts as a trusted advisor during ongoing operations, leads customer workshops and change management, supports technical feasibility and contract execution, and coordinates internal teams to meet customer, cost, revenue, and delivery commitments.
