Partner with GTM leadership to own forecasting, reporting, and analytics (ARR, operating, headcount). Deliver weekly revenue and funnel reporting, model GTM metrics, build board/investor materials, support planning/budgeting, evaluate strategic bets, and modernize finance workflows using AI and automation.

Partnering with GTM leadership, own forecasting, reporting, and ARR/headcount models; prepare weekly revenue and funnel reviews; analyze GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, productivity); build board-ready investor materials; support quarterly planning and budgeting; model strategic bets with GTM and Product; modernize finance workflows using AI and automation.

Own inbound billing support for SaaS customers: triage invoices, payment failures, disputes, refunds, subscription changes, enterprise vendor workflows, tax exemptions, and reconciliations. Provide context-rich responses, verify payment details, collaborate with AEs/CSMs on edge cases, and handle general customer tickets as needed. Operate independently as the first hire in Toronto CS hub.
