Schedules and optimizes interventions for clinical consultants and client service technicians using scheduling technology and EMR systems. Monitors routes, territories, KPIs, dispatch orders, and service statuses; communicates with clients and field teams; records calls and activities; resolves scheduling issues; and escalates clinical or technical challenges. Maintains accurate databases and identifies process improvements.

Supports nurses and respiratory therapists with patient assessments, treatments, follow-up care, and patient education. Schedules appointments, coordinates referrals, organizes electronic medical records, and provides administrative support for CPAP and home oxygen programs. Maintains and sanitizes medical equipment, provides product information, manages inventory, performs data entry, and follows healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Leads AI and digital transformation initiatives by owning product vision and roadmaps, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, ensuring AI governance and compliance, managing adoption and change, and tracking KPIs and ROI. Partners with operations, marketing, customer success, finance, IT, legal, compliance, security, regional teams, patients, and associates to improve digital experiences, operational excellence, competitiveness, and supply-chain workflows.
