Schedules appointments, coordinates referrals, maintains electronic charts, and provides administrative support for CPAP and home oxygen programs. Maintains and sanitizes medical equipment, provides CPAP product information, manages inventory, and follows healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.

Serves as the primary contact for industrial gas customers, processing cylinder, liquid, and hardgoods orders through their full lifecycle. Generates quotes, manages sales orders, checks inventory and account information in Oracle ERP, and maintains customer cases in Salesforce. Handles returns, billing adjustments, payment inquiries, escalations, and customer communications while coordinating with operations teams and meeting service-level goals.

Leads AI and digital transformation initiatives by owning product vision and roadmaps, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, ensuring AI governance and compliance, managing adoption and change, and tracking KPIs and ROI. Partners with operations, marketing, customer success, finance, IT, legal, compliance, security, regional teams, patients, and associates to improve digital experiences, operational excellence, competitiveness, and supply-chain workflows.
