Provide legal advice across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, employment law, privacy, and dispute resolution for a home healthcare business. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage litigation, ensure Health Canada and provincial privacy compliance, support HR on employment matters, develop policies, conduct legal research, and coordinate external counsel and corporate filings.
