Serves as the primary contact for industrial gas customers, processing cylinder, liquid, and hardgoods orders through their full lifecycle. Generates quotes, manages sales orders, checks inventory and account information in Oracle ERP, and maintains customer cases in Salesforce. Handles returns, billing adjustments, payment inquiries, escalations, and customer communications while coordinating with operations teams and meeting service-level goals.

Leads AI and digital transformation initiatives by owning product vision and roadmaps, identifying high-impact automation opportunities, ensuring AI governance and compliance, managing adoption and change, and tracking KPIs and ROI. Partners with operations, marketing, customer success, finance, IT, legal, compliance, security, regional teams, patients, and associates to improve digital experiences, operational excellence, competitiveness, and supply-chain workflows.

Provide clinical and administrative support for home respiratory services: assist nurses and respiratory therapists with patient assessments and education, manage scheduling and records, maintain CPAP and oxygen equipment and inventory, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.

Manage inbound and outbound sales to industrial customers: advise on products/pricing, qualify leads, generate quotes, process orders, maintain inventory and displays, upsell/cross-sell, resolve inquiries, and support account retention and growth.

Provide legal advice across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, employment law, privacy, and dispute resolution for a home healthcare business. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage litigation, ensure Health Canada and provincial privacy compliance, support HR on employment matters, develop policies, conduct legal research, and coordinate external counsel and corporate filings.

Manages record-to-pay activities, supplier and employee payments, reconciliations, three-way match resolution, tax and statutory compliance, payment KPIs, audit support, documentation, and continuous improvement of procure-to-pay processes and tools.
