Manage a portfolio of multinational insurance programs, coordinating service delivery, supporting compliance, and ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating with underwriters and stakeholders.

Own and reconcile regulatory statistical filings (GISA/GAA), perform error analysis, respond to regulator inquiries, coordinate reporting changes and stakeholder meetings, monitor complaints and deliver trending reports, and support automation and data-quality improvements.

Lead technical design, integration, and migration of reinsurance systems (including Sapiens/FSRI). Define process and data flows, perform data mapping and reconciliation, author user stories, support QA/testing, and ensure data lineage and governance for global reinsurance solutions.
