Lead capital project execution across assigned plants, manage and develop project engineers, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, oversee design/construction/commissioning, align projects with operations, enforce safety and food-safety compliance, manage risks and reporting, and drive process and energy-improvement initiatives.

Operate, wash, and sterilize production equipment per HACCP and operational standards; complete production, washing, and quality reports; follow health & safety requirements; perform related tasks such as forklift operation and palletizing. Work all shifts including Saturdays; employer provides training.
