Own and evolve the architecture of Agiloft’s AWS-based cloud services and CLM platform. Lead scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient distributed-system design; define APIs, service boundaries, infrastructure, reliability standards, and technical roadmaps. Drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, automation, AI-assisted engineering, modernization, and developer experience improvements. Mentor engineers, influence cross-team technical direction, and partner with leadership and CloudOps on operational readiness, disaster recovery, and long-term platform strategy.

Leads engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, and organizational growth for Agiloft’s Contract Intelligence portfolio, including Astra Agents, the Contract Intelligence Graph, shared cloud services, APIs, IAM, AI Assistants, and MCP interfaces. Partners across Product, Design, AI, Core CLM, Security, and Cloud Operations to deliver secure, scalable, reliable customer-facing capabilities. Manages engineering leaders and distributed teams while driving predictable releases, operational excellence, responsible AI practices, and talent development.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and operates reusable enterprise integrations using Workato and modern APIs. Responsibilities include developing custom connectors and data mappings, managing authentication, error handling, observability, security, and deployment practices, and collaborating with partner engineering, Product, Engineering, Alliances, and Solution Consulting teams. The role also provides technical scoping, proofs of concept, escalation support, documentation, and AI-assisted engineering while ensuring production quality and maintainability.
